Our New Warehouse

After many years in a unit on the second floor, shared with several other businesses and with a cranky old industrial lift we were lucky enough to be offered a new ground floor warehouse space on the same business park.

Our new warehouse spans 5000 sqft and houses over 100k books! Not only do we have lots more shelving space for books but also office space, a packing area for online orders, a packing and trolley area for all our virtual book fairs and school wishlists, a goods in area and stores for all our boxes plus the luxury of our own kitchenette and toilets!

This move not only created a better working environment for us as a team but a better experience for those of you who visit too.

The biggest difference though has to be having our feet firmly on the ground floor! No more dodgy lift, no more pulling pallets of stock around the first floor to our unit, no more getting all our deliveries down the stair for DPD collections and easy access for all our customers. We even have parking spaces right outside the door!

When we took the unit it on it was an empty shell, with a massive hole in the floor, no kitchen and toilets that hadn't been used in years.. it has been quite the transformation!
