If you are unhappy with any of your books you are welcome to return them within 30 days for a full refund.

Please contact us at sally@booksforbugs.co.uk before returning for best methods. When returning books please enclose your order number and name for a swift refund.

If books arrive damaged please contact us within 24hrs. It is really helpful if you can take a photo of any damaged packaging so we can raise this with the relevant courier. I don't want to jinx anything but we have only ever had one order arrive damaged in the last 5 years, we do make sure all books are very well wrapped! This is something we are very proud to say is commented on a lot on reviews on our Facebook page.
